Please take time to read these terms and conditions as it is important for both of us that you understand our contractual relationship relating to your use of the website. Please make sure that you have read these terms and conditions before completing your transaction with us. If you fail to read these terms and conditions you enter into a purchase at your own risk.
Ordering with us is very simple and secure and all orders are processed via Paypal. This is the easiest, simplest and safest method as we do not see your credit details at any point in the transaction.
Once your payment has successfully been processed by Paypal, we are notified immediately and can then dispatch your products.
Please note that we cannot accept liability for injury or other negative consequences that arise from the use of any of the products we sell, nor can we guarantee any supernatural or spiritual results from any of the products we sell.
Please be sensible about using alternative therapies and always seek the appropriate medical advice. Please also make sure that under no circumstances do you ignore your doctor’s advice or use our products as a substitute for traditional medical treatment.
We want you to be completely delighted with every purchase you make from us.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us explaining why you wish to return or exchange the item. You will then receive an email within 24 hours with instructions on how to proceed.
Please do not return the item until you have received this email.
Please note that items cannot be returned unless they are in their original condition, and within 14 days of the original purchase date. Please include the original packaging and any enclosed documentation in the return. Where items are received in their original condition, and in accordance with the above, a full refund will be issued on receipt.
If the item is not returned in its original condition and is unsalable we will be unable to authorise a refund, and the item will be returned to you.
If you are returning an item to us for a refund or an exchange then the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we therefore recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures the parcel for the value of the goods. Please always arrange proof of posting (available free of charge at post office counters) when returning goods as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
